Pumpkin Cobbler
This is a great recipe and just delicious. We had it at the womens retreat and when word got around how good it was, it was gone in no time. I'd like to share it with you.
3 eggs beaten, 15oz can pumpkin, 12oz can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 1Tbs vanilla, 18oz pkg yellow cake mix, 1 1/4 cups margerine melted (I used butter, even better) 1 cup chopped nuts.
Mix the first 8 ingredients together, pour into an ungreased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the top, drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 for 25 min. top with nuts and bake for an additional 15 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream, if desired.
I can tell you it is sooooooo good!
Enjoy!

Ron and Gram's Birthday
We went to Cracker Barrel for Ron and Gram's birthdays. Their birthdays are only one day apart so we usually end up celebrating on the same day. Gram loves the Macaroni and cheese and chicken strips kids meal. She says it "melts in your mouth" She turned 95 this year and still running circles around us.
