Randy's soccer game

We spend the day in Las Vegas today to see little Randy play in a soccer tournament. It was good to see Roger and Randy again. He has grown so much, almost as tall as I am now.

He did a great job in the game.

Unfortunately we couldnt stay for the 2nd game, Gram was home alone and it would have gotten too late for us to get home.

Here is that Gerber baby, he just cut 2 teeth. He is a cute boy isn't he?

Going to the park

It was such a beautiful day yesterday (almost 60 degrees) that Tammy and I decided to have lunch in the park.

Rebecca has a 7 month little boy who looks like the Gerber baby. Tammy and Rebecca have been friends for a long time.

Taking care of the "wild" cats

We have 3 wild kitties running around here and ever since we came back from our trip last summer, we have been feeding them. We were worried about them when it started to get cold, so Ron build a shelter for them that we call "The catcondo" It has insulation and an electric heating pad. So we have 3 kitten tenants that sleep in there every night and Ron feeds them in the morning and at night. They have survived the cold snap we had the last couple of weeks.

Ron standing next to the "condo" he has it barricaded with garden tools etc. so that Russell wont bother the cats. Russell likes to terrorize the outside cats too.

They are getting pretty friendly and not so "wild" anymore. I'm afraid Ron is going to try to domesticate them and we'll have 3 more cats running around the house. Aaaaagggghhhh!!!!

I went to Michaels today and found these scrapbook frames for $5.00 dollars!! I have been looking everywhere for them. So I picked up 3, I think I might go back and pick up some more. Also they had a bunch of ribbon and foam stamps on sale for a dollar. These stamp blocks are kind of cute, they have 4 different designs on them.
I just love a bargain!

Bryant Family page layout. Finally got my computer to upload.

I tried to upload a picture of my layout but my computer is having issues, too slow, so I'll have to wait till I have more service then it will go a little faster. Maybe tonight.

First Utah Crop

I went to my first Utah Crop on friday the 19th. It was weird and not as much fun as going with Jill in Nashville. So I dont know if i'll go to another one. Maybe its because I didnt know anybody and maybe I should give it another try. I dont know.
Anyway I ended up leaving early because I had one of my famous headaches that I was trying to ignore all day and I should know by now that just doesnt work.
But I did finish one project and it turned out really nice. Its a layout of Tina's new family.

Homework folder

I saw this little project in one of my magazines and it reminded me of the homework folder Grace has. I thought it was so cute. I used my own colors and improvised a little but it did turn out cute.

Scrapping helper

Pepsi likes to help me when I'm scrapbooking or sewing. He plays with the scissors and papers. Sometimes he really get is my way then I have to shoo him off the table.

Tired Dog

Russell is so busy terrorizing the cats, chasing birds and barking at all the cars and joggers that go by the house that he is just plum tuckered out at night. He finds himself a warm soft place and sleeps like a baby.

I just had to take a picture of him, the way he was sleeping. So cute.

I cant believe it! I have updated my blog! Ok i'll try to be better at it and keep it up more than once a month. The picture uploading actually wasnt too bad today. I watched parts of Oprah while it was doing its thing.

Weekly shopping day

Michele, David and I go to lunch and then shopping every wednesday. But usually its around Davids naptime, so we lay him down in the shopping cart on something soft with a pillow and he sleeps while we shop, its a nice fun day Michele and I have once a week.

First scrapbooking project

And this is my first scrapbooking project with my new handy dandy fancy Cricut Machine. This was soooo fun to do.

Since then I have done a few more layouts which I wont bore you with now.

Quilt for David

So here is my first project, it turned out cute dont you think? I had fun making it. I had it done in on day.

My own little craft corner

What a way to start the New Year! We took down the bed in the middle bedroom and set up my table for scrapbooking and my sewing machine.

I am in heaven! Do you see those pieces of material cut out on the table? That was my first project.

I was at Walmart and saw the cutest flannel material with red checkers and race cars. My creative juices started flowing and I could invision a quilt for David. He just loves cars.

Christmas dinner

So here is the gang, we had a small group this year but its good to get together for Christmas no matter how many of us can be there.

Goofy John is holding up a fake finger that makes an obscene sound when you pull it. You've heard the saying: "pull my finger" He had a lot of fun with that funny little toy of his.

Christmas Day

After John and Michele came back from their 4 wheeling weekend we all got together for Christmas Lasagna dinner.

It has been a while since I updated my blog.
It just takes me so long to upload a picture because my computer is soooooooo slow that sometimes I really dont even feel like updating, but i'm trying to be patient.
I just play a few hands of solitaire or get a snack while the pictures upload.
So here i go......I'll work on a couple more pictures before my patience runs out.
